100 grams - Olive oil1 tea cup - Buckwheat flour1 tea cup - Corn flour1 tea cup - Rice flour1 tea spoon - Salt1 tea spoon - Gluten free baking powder1 flat tea spoon - Baking soda400 grams - Yoghurt1 tea spoon - Oregano100 grams - Cheese100 ml - Carbonated water

1. Mixing the ingredients

Mix all the ingredients in a giant bow, and stir a lot until you get a homogenous texture.

2. Rising

After mixing the ingredients wait for 15 minutes before spilling the dough in a baking tray.

3. Baking

Grease the top with a little bit of olive oil and put it in the oven. The oven should be preheated at 175 deg. Bake for 30 min using only the lower heating element. After that both of them can be used for 20 min.

4. Result

After removing from the oven wait for 1 hour, for it to cool down.
